Danika is a DC and Ohio-based artist in her second year at Oberlin College. She incorporates various mediums into her work, primarily analog photography, charcoal, and mixed media. Danika discovered her passion for photography during a summer session at Interlochen Arts Academy and pursued an internship during her senior year at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop photo lab, which she has since continued in the summer of 2024. At Oberlin, she intends to major in studio art with a concentration in photography and minor in politics. When she is not in the darkroom, Danika enjoys horseback riding, road trips, horror movies, and exploring the Midwest.
